Return Policy
The return period as by law is 14 days after the date of purchase.
In our company you have the right (by law) to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case you want to return a product you are only charged with the cost of returning it. To avoid inconvenience it is advisable to check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to find obvious defects (eg broken product, wrong product, etc.).
Returns are accepted only when the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without having been opened or their packaging has been tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
Returns are accepted only if through proven fault of our company you received incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.). The products must be in the same condition as you received them without their packaging being unsealed or opened, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
The refund is made through a bank account. To avoid inconvenience, carefully check your products upon delivery of the order to find any defects.
Please note that the photos are indicative and may differ from the actual product. You should inform us of your desire to return products. Customers must return the receipt. When changing products and the product must be in good condition. Sale items cannot be exchanged in any case and the company reserves the right to refund in any case.
